Οι αιτήσεις των νέων εισδοχών θα γίνονται δεκτές από την Γραμματεία ΦΕΠΑ από 1/9 έως 30/9 για την κατηγορία των Προπτυχιακών φοιτητών (ανεξαρτήτως έτους φοίτησης) που έχουν εισαχθεί με Πανελλήνιες (βάσει ΚΛΦΕ).

Σημειώνουμε ότι οι φοιτητές που είναι σε αναμονή μετεγγραφής στο ΕΚΠΑ θα πρέπει να κάνουν την αίτηση τους στην Φοιτητική Εστία μέσα στην παραπάνω προθεσμία και οι αιτήσεις τους θα εξετάζονται όταν ολοκληρωθεί η μετεγγραφή τους και προσκομίσουν βεβαίωση εγγραφής στο ΕΚΠΑ.

Οι αιτήσεις των φοιτητών που ανήκουν σε ειδική κατηγορία (ομογενών, αλλοδαπών, 5% και Αθλητών), και εφόσον τα αποτελέσματα ανακοινώνονται από το υπουργείο παιδείας με καθυστέρηση, θα γίνονται δεκτές από την ημέρα ανακοίνωσης των αποτελεσμάτων και για 10 ημέρες και θα αποφασίζεται από την Εφορεία η ενσωμάτωσή τους στις εμπρόθεσμες αιτήσεις του τρέχοντος ακαδημαϊκού έτους.

Οι Μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές έχουν δικαίωμα αίτησης (με βεβαίωση εγγραφής) εντός 15ημερου από την ανακοίνωση των αποτελεσμάτων.

Σε περίπτωση παράτασης της προθεσμίας τους υποβολής των αιτήσεων για κάποια από τις παραπάνω κατηγορίες θα αναρτάται σχετική ανακοίνωση

Applications for new admissions will be accepted by the FEPA (Student Housing) Secretariat from 1/9 to 30/9 for Undergraduate Students (regardless of year of study) admitted through Panhellenic Examinations.

Please note that students who are awaiting enrollment in UOA will have to apply to FEPA (Student Housing) within the above deadline and their applications will be processed when their transfer is completed and submit a registration certificate to UOA.

Applications of students belonging to the categories of Greeks, Aliens, 5% and Athletes will be accepted from the day of announcement of their admission results and for 10 days regardless of the completion of registration. Graduate students are eligible to apply (with a registration certificate) within 15 days of the announcement of results. In case of extension of the deadline for submitting applications for any of the above categories, a notice will be posted.

Application and Supporting Documents

Confirmation of the secretariat of the school with reference to the enrollment time and the current study time
Photocopies of passports and residence permits
Last semester certificate of marital status
Copy of parental and self (if available) tax clearance note
Declaration of immovable property of the last year of parents and themselves (Form E9)
Certificate from a public hospital if he or she has a family member with a disability (67% or more of disability)
Certificate of study if a sibling is studying.
Divorce decree of separated parents and custody rights
Death certificate of a parent
Foreign students can request their parental status certificates along with financial information at their embassies.
